All Client Data will be deleted upon cancellation of all viewers subscriptions.

Upon your passing, your appointed person will notify us to send details to your funeral director. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide on behalf of The Precious Thoughts Group Ltd. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with their own liability and procedures.
We may also share your data with trusted service providers (such as IT hosting, payment processors, or legal advisors) who act as data processors on our behalf. We again require such providers to be liable and responsible for the deletion of data if no longer required.
